High Speed Kneader&Extruder Pletizing Line

簡介:本生產(chǎn)線集混煉、輸送、喂料、擠出造料，風送熱切冷卻于一-體，實現(xiàn)自動化連續(xù)作業(yè)，生產(chǎn)效率高。

生產(chǎn)過程進行分段閉環(huán)溫度控制，密煉、喂料、擠出機等有各自加熱、冷卻系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)工藝要求控制各自溫度。

喂料機構采用螺旋漿雙挽式，吃料能力強。特別適用于直接經(jīng)密煉機混煉的團狀物料擠出造粒。

機筒螺桿均采用38CrMoAIA優(yōu)質合金鋼，經(jīng)氮化處理，硬度高，耐磨耐腐蝕。

機頭采用手動換網(wǎng)或快速不停機自動換網(wǎng)機構，提高生產(chǎn)效率。

電控系統(tǒng)采用先進的PLC控制技術，與多臺變頻器組成，使喂料、擠出、切粒等多機臺按工藝要求進行高精度、廣范圍的無級調速。并具有全機工藝連鎖，聲光故障報警等功能控制，完善可靠。

extrusion granulation, water circulation cooling and air cooling sending as a whole line, automated continous operation, the high efective production.

Praduction sb-1op temperature control process, dispersion kneader, feexirusion machine has its own heating and coin system, cntolin theirtemperature acording to process requirements.

Granules plie rom this ine are with the fatures of beauttil ppearace,fine texture, well distributed.
